Role and Responsibilities:

  • experience in the IT industry as a Developer, demonstrating proficiency in coding, development methodologies, and problem-solving skills within the software development domain.

  • Empathetic and capable of effectively managing team dynamics in various scenarios.
  • Proficient in guiding teams through example-based leadership rather than simply asking for direction.
  • Desired Competencies (Technical / Behavioral Competency):
  • Proven experience as a .NET Developer or Application Developer with appropriate NuGet packages
  • Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework (i.e., 4.0 or above), SQL Server, and design/architectural patterns (e.g., Model-View-Controller (MVC)).
  • Knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (e.g., C#, Visual Basic .NET), HTML5/CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
  • Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC), agile methodologies, automated testing, and CI/CD.
  • Good hands-on SQL Server with complex Stored Procedure, Joins, Views.
  • Comprehensive understanding of OOPS and SOA principles.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills

  • Cross-Browser Compatibility: Ensure designs function correctly across different browsers. Wireframing & Prototyping: Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma).
  • Graphic Design: Ability to create graphics, icons, and other visual elements.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate design ideas and feedback.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address design challenges efficiently.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Collaboration: Experience working in a team environment and collaborating with developers and other stakeholders.
